CSG provides services to local agencies for compliance with Federal and State stormwater requirements. CSG staff are familiar with the requirements of the Municipal Regional Permit for Stormwater (MRP) issued by the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board governing storm water programs for much of the Bay Area. CSG also has experience with the Phase 2 State stormwater permit issued to agencies outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, under the jurisdiction of the Central Coast and North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board. CSG provides on-call staff augmentation services for compliance for a number of Bay Area agencies.

In March of 2011, CSG developed Standard Conditions of Approval for the City’s use in approvals of Development Applications.
